"Approximations" is a two-fold, cloth-bound book holding found and processed images of the artist’s grandmother’s home and neighbourhood in Bucaramanga, Colombia. 

Meditating on distance, memory, and machinic vision, this book displays a small selection of synchronicities. It is legible from either side as it holds mirrored booklets, one's images reproduced in CMYK, and the other's processed through edge detection and printed in metallic gold on black paper.
